A relatively straight away opener that is not as easy as it seems, with a bunker less ‘biarritz’ style green set into the surrounding undulations ready to challenge anything but the most accurate approach shots played to the correct portion of the green.
Playing Tips
Quite a generous starting tee shot the aim is to start the ball directly at the left hand side fairway bunker with a gentle fade. The shot into the green may look fairly easy however be warned that the shot into the green will need precise distance control anything short will bounce right with a tricky chip back up to the green. Anything long or left will see the ball stay up on the embankment leaving you a precarious chip back down the hill. Once on the green the fun begins, with 3 tiers if you are not on the right tier then you will need to hit a very good putt.
